Snack time

A recap of our first week in Year 2. We worked on our numbers to 20 in Maths, played games in PE, used the xylophones and iPads in Junior Jam and had some fun in the sun.

Junior Jam Fun! Today, Year 3 were grooving to the beat! We explored the exciting world of rhythm and pulse. The children had fun using boomwhackers to create a beat.

Year 3 had a fantastic PE lesson today with Sam! They were all super active and had a blast participating in different activities that got their hearts racing.

In Science, we have started our new topic of Rocks. We have been exploring various types and looking at them through magnifying glasses. We have learnt that rock is always beneath us, as it is earth's crust

In Maths, we have been representing and partitioning numbers to 100. We have used various resources to help us and all our knowledge from Year 2.

Grandma Fantastic

Great first dodgeball session with Sam working on our invasion game skills and teamwork. Keep up the hard work!

We have had a wonderful first day back. Well done Year 6! Today we have had a great day. In RE we designed our own life journeys to share about ourselves.
